Original Story (12/21/22): 2022 marks several anniversaries for the Nike Air Max lineup, including the 25th anniversary of the Air Max 97th anniversary and the 35th anniversary of the 1st anniversary of the Air Max. With the return of the Silver Bullet 97, Nike will celebrate the anniversary of the Air Max 1 with the return of the 2004 Air Max 1 crepe “Hemp”.

The Nike Air Max 1 Crepe “Hemp” is a fan favorite due to the unique materials used in its construction and rustic color scheme. The bottom of the upper is made of natural linen, then paired with a tan leather overlay and brown suede fenders. The aqua blue Swoosh provides a bit of a contrast with the natural tones. Underfoot is a white midsole and a rubberized rubberized outsole in rubber in rubber color.
