Original Story (05/26/22): It’s not uncommon to see pink and orange sunsets in Los Angeles. In winter, the clouds add a touch of depth and give the city a magnificent glow. Following the release of the “Aquamarine” colorway, the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 returns in a new colorway in honor of the scenic city of Los Angeles.

The Air Griffey Max 1 “Los Angeles” comes in black nubuck and sunset-inspired gradient neoprene in pink, purple, yellow, and orange hues. The silhouette is also adorned with blue and yellow hits in homage to Super Bowl winners Los Angeles Rams. As a finishing touch, the purple lace tip reads “Los Angeles” in golden yellow lettering, a nod to the Los Angeles Lakers.
