Official Look at the Nike Air 180 “Concord”

Original Story (07/01/24): Nike recently brought back the Air 180, remastered with its original 1991 shape and proportions. Following the release of the OG “Ultramarine” colorway, another OG Air 180 is now set to make its return, the “Concord.”

The Air 180 “Concord” is best remembered as the colorway that Michael Jordan was seen wearing in Barcelona, Spain, during his time with the Dream Team at the 1992 Olympics. It features a white mesh and suede upper with hits of Concord purple on the tongue, ankle collar, and on the midsole around the Air bubble. Rounding out the design is a gold Swoosh and a black heel counter.

The Air 180 “Concord” was last released in 2013, though this retro and all other retros before 2024 came with a smaller Air bubble than the OG 1991 release. Moving forward, every subsequent Air 180 release will feature the OG shape, as the Nike team has gone into the archive and recreated the OG 1991 design stitch for stitch.

The Nike Air 180 “Concord” is set to drop Fall 2024 on SNKRS and at select retailers. Grab a first look below and stay tuned to Modern Notoriety for updates.
